    New for 2021

    The biggest change for 2021 is the introduction of an all-wheel-drive option, the first time a Chrysler minivan has offered anything beyond FWD for over 15 years. Alongside, the interior and exterior have both received a light refresh, to make the overall design more modern compared to previous models.


    Design and Exterior

    Although the Pacifica is still defiantly a minivan, an exterior redesign has taken it closer to SUV territory. The front end has a larger grille and sleeker lines, while the profile is swept back with smoother angles than the typical box-like minivan. All in all, the Pacifica offers the looks of a crossover SUV while still retaining the unmatched people-carrying capacity of a minivan.

    Performance

    Gas versions of the 2021 Pacifica are based around a 3.6L V6 pushing out 287 horsepower through a nine-speed automatic transmission. This drivetrain is powerful enough to propel the Pacifica from 0-100 km in just 7.3 seconds, a highly respectable figure for a family minivan. What's more, it manages to provide this performance with a highly respectable fuel economy of 7.6L / 100km on the highway.

    The available hybrid powertrain adds two electric motors to the standard engine, drops the horsepower down a notch to 260hp, but improves the equivalent fuel economy to an outstanding 2.8L / 100km combined.

    Infotainment Systems

    New for 2021 is a large 10.1" touchscreen display running the powerful Uconnect 5 system. The software allows the home screen to be customized, giving fast access to the features you need most often.

    Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a Wi-Fi hotspot facility are all standard, while depending on the trim the cabin boasts up to 12 USB points for excellent connectivity and charging options.
