Dale's long history in the automotive industry began in 1974 when, at the age of 12, he started washing cars at his dad's used car lot in Welland, Ontario. Dale's father always said he had little cars driving through his veins. Since then, Dale has accumulated extensive experience in automotive sales and management, and in 2002 he launched his own dealership.
Dale plays an active role in the local community, and the dealership regularly supports charity drives, minor league hockey, conservation projects, and church events. The dealership even donated $25,000 to the Strathroy General Hospital.
Dale's love for cars has passed down to his four children, three of whom work at the dealership, and his wife, Cindy, who helps out. Even Monty, his dog, does his part as the dealership's mascot.
In his hours off, Dale enjoys cheering for the Blackhawks, golfing, cooking, entertaining friends, hanging out with his family including his precious grandchildren Vienna,Vito, and Rocco.
As Dale Wurfel's biggest supporter, Cindy Wurfel is happy to help her husband maintain the ongoing success of the dealership and continually exceed customer expectations. While Dale is the public persona of Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Cindy works diligently behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.
Cindy's presence at the dealership gives true meaning to the idea of a family-run dealership, as does the presence of their four children, who all help out in their own way. But as Cindy emphasizes, the entire staff feels like one big family, which makes the dealership such a pleasant place to both work and shop.
After hours, Cindy spends as much time as possible with family, including her lovely grandchildren Vienna, Vito, and Rocco. She also enjoys time with her friends golfing and shopping. Cindy always manages to find time to go on dates with her husband.
Jordan Wurfel has been on hand to help his Dad at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep since 2002. Under Dale's guidance, along with his education, Jordan is learning what it takes to successfully run an automotive dealership.
Whether it has been washing cars, organizing the lot or showroom, being the webmaster, selling cars, being the Parts Manager and most recently Sales Manager, he's taken on many responsibilities at the dealership.
Jordan went to Canadian Automotive Institute at Georgian College in Barrie and received his formal education to prepare him for his career in the Automotive Retail World. He takes on the role as Used Vehicle Sales Manager. Jordy also recently graduated from NADA Dealer Candidate Academy (National Automobile Dealer Association) in Washington.
Jordy is responsible for an inventory of about 60 to 75 pre-owned vehicles, many of which are low kilometre and late models, and all of which are competitively priced. He collaborates with technicians to facilitate the rigorous 150-point inspection and reconditioning process that each vehicle undergoes to ensure it meets high standards.
In Jordan's time away from the dealership he plays hockey, cheers on his favorite team, the Chicago Blackhawks, and enjoys time with his fiance Brittany, friends and family.

Shari's automotive industry experience dates back to 1990 and has included roles in accounts payable, parts and service.She has been with Dale from the launch of the Dealership in 2002. Her vast automotive knowledge makes her a valuable resource to customers. She's adept at swiftly and accurately evaluating a customer's needs and ensuring their car, truck or van has everything it needs as she is just a phone call or email away.
Shari Manages a Parts department that carries a large selection of Chrysler and Mopar Parts.Her department is also highlighted by Accessible Mopar Accesories a quick and easy webbased solution on this site for customers to use to accessorize thier vehicle.
Life outside the dealership for Shari is highlighted by rooting for her two kids at hockey and soccer games and dance recitals.
Justin has been in and around the car industry for most of his life. He has been working at a dealership for the past 9 years.
He has a contagious smile and always keeps customers happy and informed.
Justin has recently graduated Lambton college in Law Enforcement with hope of becoming a Police Officer. Justin is also very involved in many sports. His favorites are hockey, golf, football and basketball.
While Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep may be a family run business, Josh considers all of the staff to be part of an extended family. Thats one reason why Josh loves his job as not only a Sales Associate but also the special events coordinator and website maintenance guy. Josh is also head of running the social media outlets of the dealership including the Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram channels.
The other reason why Josh enjoys spending time at the dealership is because he's one hardcore car guy. An enthusiast for all things cars, Josh is especially an aficionado for exotics and supercars. Josh has the opportunity to drive all sorts of Mopar vehicles, including exotics and customized ones. His own vehicle always being something unique. He also has a great amount of knowledge of them. Josh has attended The Canadian Automotive Institute at Georgian College in Barrie and
he also recently completed the North American Automotive Sales Success Academy 'Sales Champion' training and his OMVIC certification.
When it comes to local car shows, charity events, golf tournaments, or anything community related, Josh is there to make sure the nicest cars are there to be displayed and that anyone's questions about them or others are answered. Also having a passion for automotive photography, he is there to take and post plenty of pictures from most events.
For fun, Josh hangs out with his beautiful daughter, collects, paints and customizes diecast cars, hangs out with his buddies, plays video games and cruises around in his car.

Spending time with his daughter and two sons, and expanding his personal home theatre are what Corey enjoys doing after hours.
Linda can do her job well because of the strong sense of teamwork among the staff: she regularly connects with office staff and others to facilitate sales and address customers' questions. Her job is made even easier by the incredibly competitive prices on all the vehicles.
When Linda isn't working she loves to visit her cottage with her husband and 4 daughters.

Kim settled in Strathroy after moving from Wiltshire, England in 2003. She enjoys running and cheering her son on in football.
Cathy McCready is the first face customers see when they walk into Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep, and it's a good thing too, her friendly, helpful manner and easy way with a smile will make you instantly feel at ease.
But Cathy does a lot more than greet our valued customers; she handles everything from warranty issues to accounts recievable to answering the phones - anything that needs to be taken care of in the office.
In her free time, Cathy enjoys walking, reading and rooting for her sons at their hockey and soccer games.
Amanda is a graduate of Lambton College, in the Administration Executive program. Amanda decided to take the opportunity to join the team at Dale Wurfel Chrysler in January of 2012, assisting the Business Manager and is responsible for Health and Safety.

As the accountant at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Sarah Ansems plays an important role in keeping the lot in a money and finances in order. Previously Sarah was both a receptionist and a lot attendant at Dale Wurfel Chrysler and can still be found completing odd jobs. Sarah enjoys making a difference at the dealership.
Recently finishing school at Kings College at Western University for possibly a career in Sports Medicine.
An avid athlete, Sarah enjoys playing volleyball, basketball, and soccer. She was also recently the recipient of the prestigious Spectra Award which recognizes the top female student for Athletics, Academic, and Community involvement.
As a Mopar Certified Technician and shop floorman who oversees 7 other technicians and 1 apprentice at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep, Greg Richardson plays a key role in ensuring every vehicle is quickly and accurately diagnosed and serviced, and that their owners are back on the road in no time. Fixing cars right the first time around while creating a relaxed, inviting atmosphere for customers is his top priority.
An industry veteran, Greg's history as an automotive technician dates back to 1989. The broad range of expertise he has developed over the years enables him to handle any type of repair, but he specializes in electrical, transmission and diesel work.
When not at the dealership, Greg can be found fishing or playing baseball, or spending time with his family.
Despite his impressive track record, Patrick understands the importance of staying up to date on changes in the industry.
A lover of the outdoors, Patrick enjoys spending his time after hours camping, hunting and fishing.
Car's are in Norm Bonsteel's blood: he's been doing it for 16 years in a variety of positions, including three years at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep as a salesperson. Norm makes getting either to the dealership or back home from service an entertaining and fun experience.
That he works as part of such a tight-knit, supportive group isn't just of benefit to him, Norm says. Customers can sense the community spirit as soon as they walk in the door, and it makes them happy to do business at the dealership. Dale's strong leadership skills, he adds, inspires him and everyone else to work together to exceed customers' expectations.
Coaching minor league hockey and gardening in the summer are among Norm's personal hobbies. Norm also has two sons and is a first-time grandfather.
Dale Wurfel's youngest child has certainly grown up - she is now finished high school and saving up for school by working full time.
You may recognize her as Dale Wurfel's radio personality, but Olivia now works in reception and understands the value of good customer service. She strives to make everyone who walks through the dealership doors feel welcome. But it's easy to make customers feel at home, she says, since the dealership is so much like a second home to her. Working with her parents and siblings makes it a fun place to work, she says.
Olivia absolutely loves all things beauty, but her number one passion is make up artistry. In her spare time she enjoys playing around with different make up looks.
Don't let his slight 11 pound frame fool you - Monty is a bundle of unbridled energy who takes his job as the dealership mascot very seriously!
A mix Jack Russell Terrier and Toy Poodle with soft white fur and a blond patch around one eye, Monty has been hanging out at the dealership since day 1 and is an integral part of the family at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Monty always has an enthusiastic hello in store for both employees and guests.
Among his favourite activities are climbing up onto the laps of customers for a belly rub. He's so friendly and endearing that customers can't resist him - it's what we in the industry refer to as the "Puppy Dog Close!"
In his free time, Monty loves riding in the car with his head out the window as the wind whips through his hair. He's always up for a good rabbit chase, though he finds squirrels quite elusive. Indoors, he goes into poodle mode and enjoys cuddling with the Wurfel family.
