Dale's long history in the automotive industry began in 1974 when, at the age of 12, he started washing cars at his dad's used car lot in Welland, Ontario. Dale's father always said he had little cars driving through his veins. Since then, Dale has accumulated extensive experience in automotive sales and management, and in 2002 he launched his own dealership.
Dale plays an active role in the local community, and the dealership regularly supports charity drives, minor league hockey, conservation projects, and church events. The dealership even donated $25,000 to the Strathroy General Hospital.
Dale's love for cars has passed down to his four children, three of whom work at the dealership, and his wife, Cindy, helps out. Even Montana, his dog, does his part as the dealership's mascot.
In his hours off, Dale enjoys playing hockey, cooking, hanging out with his family and entertaining friends.

Jordan Wurfel has been on hand to help his Dad at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep since 2002. Under Dale's guidance, along with his education, Jordan is learning what it takes to successfully run an automotive dealership.
Whether it has been washing cars, organizing the lot or showroom, being the webmaster or selling cars he's taken on many responsibilities at the dealership.
Jordan has just returned from the Canadian Automotive Institute at Georgian College. He has recently been appointed Parts Manager and is very excited about his new role at the dealership.
In Jordan's time away from the dealership he plays hockey, cheers on his favorite team, the Chicago Blackhawks, and enjoys time with his friends and family.

Diana Dixon has more than 15 years of experience working at automotive dealerships. Starting off as a receptionist at a large dealership, she worked her way up to office and fleet manager.
She moved to Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep in 2002 as secretary treasurer/controller. Through her hard work and dedication, she has earned the Dealer Accounting award numerous times.
Diana resides in Strathroy with her three children. She enjoys watching her children play numerous sports, including hockey, soccer and basketball. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Roger is responsible for an inventory of about 60 to 75 pre-owned vehicles, many of which are low kilometre and late models, and all of which are competitively priced. Jeff Hobbs has worked for Chrysler since 1988 and has worked through every level of the service end of this business. From a lot attendant to an apprentice and then becoming a certified Mopar technician. After taking Business Administration at Durham College, Jeff decided to mix the two fields and move into Service Administration going from Advisor on to Service Manager.
Jeff believes working through all the positions in the Service Department has given him not only a great understanding of the operation but also respect for everyone involved in the Service Team.
Jeff says his favorite part of the job would be dealing with people and building long lasting relationships with his customers. Jeff looks forward to seeing old friends at the new Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Strathroy and meeting new ones along the way.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys camping, going to airshows, listening to music, and going on trips with his boys.

She constantly tracks the department's inventory to ensure that it's well-stocked, and orders any required parts by using a sophisticated satellite parts locator system that checks all dealerships across North America.
Shari's automotive industry experience dates back to 1990 and has also included roles in accounts payable and service. Her encyclopaedic parts knowledge makes her a valuable resource to customers. She's adept at swiftly and accurately evaluating a customer's parts needs and ensuring their car, truck or van has everything it needs.
Life outside the dealership for Shari is highlighted by rooting for her two kids at hockey and soccer games and dance recitals.

The other reason why Josh enjoys spending time at the dealership is because he's one hardcore car guy. Josh has the oppurtunity to drive all sorts of Mopar vehicles, including exotics and customized ones. His own vehicle being a soon-to-be-modified Dodge SRT-4. He also has an obvious excessive amount of knowledge of them.
For fun, Josh games with his buddies, works out, spends time with his girlfriend and cruises around town in his car.

Dale Wurfel's youngest child has certainly grown up - she is now in high school and following in her older sister's footsteps.
You may recognize her as Dale Wurfel's radio personality, but Olivia now works in reception and understands the value of good customer service. She strives to make everyone who walks through the dealership doors feel welcome. But it's easy to make customers feel at home, she says, since the dealership is so much like a second home to her. Working with her parents and siblings makes it a fun place to work, she says.
In her spare time, Olivia likes hanging out and having fun with her friends. She also loves to shop and spend time on the computer.

Don't let his slight 11 pound frame fool you - Monty is a bundle of unbridled energy who takes his job as the dealership mascot very seriously!
A mix Jack Russell Terrier and Toy Poodle with soft white fur and a blond patch around one eye, Monty has been hanging out at the dealership since day 1 and is an integral part of the family at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Monty always has an enthusiastic hello in store for both employees and guests.
Among his favourite activities are climbing up onto the laps of customers for a belly rub. He's so friendly and endearing that customers can't resist him - it's what we in the industry refer to as the "Puppy Dog Close!"
In his free time, Monty loves riding in the car with his head out the window as the wind whips through his hair. He's always up for a good rabbit chase, though he finds squirrels quite elusive. Indoors, he goes into poodle mode and enjoys cuddling with the Wurfel family.

An industry veteran, Greg's history as an automotive technician dates back to 1989. The broad range of expertise he has developed over the years enables him to handle any type of repair, but he specializes in electrical, transmission and diesel work.
When not at the dealership, Greg can be found fishing or playing baseball, or spending time with his family.

It wasn't long after he began apprenticing at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep in February 2005 that Eric Breau became certain he wanted to work as an automotive technician. What began as a high school co-op program has evolved into a full-time apprenticeship that gives Eric an oppurtunity to do what he loves most: fix cars.
Eric's passion for cars stems from a childhood spent hanging around in the garage with his dad repairing and restoring old beaters. At the dealership, Eric helps the rest of the technicians with oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations or anything else that needs to be done.
Eric's other passions include playing drums and going off-road biking in the summer.

Damien began working in the automotive field when he was only in high school as a co-op student in a local transmission shop. After a few months he was hired on and eventually was working full time. From there he moved to London and took the Motive Power Technician Course at Fanshawe College for 2 years. Following Damien's completion of his course he began looking for a job in the automotive field as an apprentice. After a few months, he found what he calls a 'great' job in his hometown of Strathroy at Dale Wurfel Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
In his spare time, Damien plays almost every sport including Basketball, Baseball, Golf, Hockey and Volleyball. He also enjoys working on cars and hanging out with friends.
