We had a bad brake problem which was going to cost us a lot of money to have repaired. Our 2010 Journey had only 27000km on it and were very surprised to learn all had to be replace. Pam went the extra mile and got it covered. What would have cost us $500.00 only cost us $140.00. Her extra effort made a big difference to us. It all started with Cory who sold us the car and has carried on. Everyone is always pleasant and helpful when we take it in for oil changes. No question is to much bother to answer. And the Journey had even been washed when I got it back. Thanks so much, I am telling all who listen how great you are.

I wanted to write to you and tell you how amazing Justin and Jackie have been with our purchase of our new van. Those two are an asset to your dealership!

 

Justin has been professional and going out of his way for my husband and I with our new van.  All I wanted was a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan, with DVD. I didn't care what colour, but did not want it not to be white or silver.  I received a phone call from Justin and he helped me out with this. I told him my price range and he kept me in it. My van did not come with a DVD player so Justin arranged to have one installed for me. It could not be done before pick up, so it was arranged to be done after pick up. Justin let me know when it was to be installed and allowed me to drop it off the night before and offered to bring it back to me the next day since I have three small children and am looking after a couple kids for the Christmas break.  This is something that you don't find anymore, a dealership that cares about their customer and their needs. I really appreciate all he has done for us. He remembered my children's names, and asked about them when I came in.  He made me feel like an actual person rather then just a customer or a paycheck for him.

 

Jackie was also a pleasure to deal with. She could see that we really needed this van and helped us get it. Our credit wasn't the greatest but she went out of her way to help us, and went to the bank that could help us, with a co signer. Like Justin she made us feel like people. She understood that we are trying to rebuild our credit and our lives and helped us out. My two year old son Aidan is Autistic and was having problems with being in her office for any period of time.  She saw this and hurried what she needed from my husband and I and allowed my husband to take Aidan out to the play area where he could play with the musical car he loved, and bang the gong. To a parent who has a child with special needs people like her are a God Send. You don't find many people who are understanding of this and she was.

 

So in closing, thank you. I will definitely recommend Justin and Dale Wurfel to others looking for a vehicle.  I found all your employees, especially those two to be very friendly and understanding of our needs with our van and with our children and their needs as well.

I received a fair and generous trade- in value on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler- Sahara for a new 2012 Sahara which made the transaction very easy. Since it was pouring rain the day I picked up my new vehicle up , Dale told me to come back to the dealership on a nice day later that week and he would have it all cleaned up for me . I brought it back and it looked great except for one little spot on the door that Dale spotted on my way out and would not let me leave until it was cleaned and may I add he cleaned it himself !! NOW THAT IS SERVICE .

We recently went to your dealership "just to look"  for a new vehicle.  What we found was a salesman, namely Rob Van Dyk, who picked up immediately on our price range, family needs and the age of the vehicle we wanted.  Rob, helped us look at the vehicles inside, because it was freezing outside, and when we mentioned a few more particulars about the vehicle we had in mind, he told us he had just the vehicle for us.  We went and looked at it the next morning, and the deal was made. 

We purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan, it suits us very well.  We are extremely happy with this purchase and I tell everyone what good service we received at Dale Wurfel.  I would recommend to anyone to go there and talk to Rob. 

I am a Chrysler fan, so the fact that we found the vehicle we wanted and it was so easy to make that decision, is extremely reassuring.  We did not feel pressured to buy a 2011 vehicle, he found us a 2006 with low mileage and Stow and Go seats.  We love it.  I wouldn't change a thing.

"The car has NEVER run this good!"

Dear Mr. Wurfel;

I just had to write this letter to best describe my experience with your dealership. Here is my background: I served 25 years with the Strathroy Detachment of the O.P.P. (when it was at Hickory Corners) and during that time was in charge of cruiser maintenance. I dealt with AC Hall Motors. I had a very good impression of Chrysler products over the years and as a result have purchased several Chrysler products for personal use.

I am now retired & living in London. My latest car is a 2007 Chrysler Sebring Touring which I leased from a Chrysler dealer here in London.

Right from day one I've had small problems with it not shifting properly and dash lights coming on (air bag, ESC, ABS, etc.) I took it back to the London Chrysler dealer & when I got it back - it was WORSE! So I switched to another dealer. Unfortunately they weren't much better. The car is very smooth, quiet & satisfying, so I put up with the minor annoyances. Recently I was at a funeral at Dennings & when I left I went past your dealership & thought "I wonder if they could repair the non-functioning fog lamps?"

I talked to a very cheerful, encouraging service rep - 'Stacey Clark' who promised a quick answer. Sure enough she quickly got back to me with the problem (computer).

She ordered a new part & booked me into an appointment. Under warranty!

The final result? The car has NEVER run this good, I'm serious! It shifts properly, no dash lights on, and the fogs work. Stacey has restored my faith in Chrysler. Strathroy isnt that far for me to get routine oil changes & service from now on. I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the young mechanic who did the work but please thank him & thank Stacey for their above-average work on my behalf. I really appreciate it!
